An introduction to our exchange program with Los Cabos, Mexico.
In conjunction with the awards ceremony, Mr. Miguel Salas, Economic and Tourism Promotion Officer at the Mexican Embassy in Japan, was in attendance and introduced the fact that Los Cabos, Mexico, the host city of the world's largest marlin fishing tournament "Bisbee's Black & Blue," and Ibaraki Prefecture, Hitachinaka City, and Oarai Town are working together to conclude an inter-agency cooperation agreement to promote exchange and collaboration in the fields of sport fishing and tourism.
